Enjoyment and Respect: Guests are entitled to enjoy their event experience free from disruptive or inconsiderate behaviors or unruly actions.

Appropriate Language: Guests shall not use abusive, offensive, or obscene language and gestures whether spoken or appearing on apparel.

Zero Tolerance for Violence: Threats or acts of violence will not be tolerated. Guests may not engage in fighting, taunting, throwing objects, or other behavior deemed detrimental to the experience of other guests.

Commitment to Inclusivity and Safety: Guests must adhere to our code of conduct, which prohibits hate speech, discrimination, and any form of physical violence or intimidation against others on the basis of protected characteristics, such as but not limited to race, ethnicity, national origin, disability, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, age, or medical condition.

Responsible Alcohol and Substance Consumption: Guests who choose to consume alcohol and any substances must do so in a legal and responsible manner. Impairment that results in irresponsible behavior will not be tolerated.

No Smoking Policy: Great Park Live honors the City of Irvine’s stance to promote and protect public health, safety, and general welfare by adhering to their smoking ordinance (Sec. 4-10-503. - Smoking prohibited in public places). Therefore, smoking or use of e-cigarettes or vaporizers while on or around the property is prohibited.

Compliance with Staff: Guests shall comply with requests from staff regarding operational and emergency procedures.

Unauthorized Commercial Activity: Guests shall not engage in unauthorized commercial activity while on amphitheater property.
